Here’s my list of the Ridiculous food items that you should not eat.

1. Hot Dog

Pork and beef are the traditional meats used in hot dogs. Typical hot dogs contain sodium, saturated fat and nitrite, which when consumed in excess have been linked to health problems.

You can replace it with veggie burger or Peanut Butter with whole grain bread Sandwich.

2. Fish Fillet Sandwich

Fish Fillet Sandwich

These sandwiches contain mercury and other chemicals, HFCS, breading, and high volume of saturated fat. Which is extremely harmful to our health

Instead, try a veggie with boiled egg Sandwich.

3. Milk shake

Milk shake

Milk shakes loaded with heavy sugar, conventional dairy, saturated fat and harmful chemicals for flavors. After consumption shakes you will feel sick and numb.

Replace it with home made Banana Strawberry Protein Shakes.

4. Pepperoni pizza

Pepperoni pizza

One of the top high calorie food with cheese,white flour and containing salty processed meat. pepperoni add flavor to pizza but the thing is that they aren’t a nutritious topping. serving of pepperoni pizza on regularly basis can be unhealthy for ou.

How about a veggie wrap, instead?

They definitely aren’t the best. Keep in mind that McDonald’s Chicken Nuggets are indeed 100% white meat. They have been processed with multiple preservatives .

Instead, have a hummus and veggie wrap.

Regular consumption of sugary Carbonated drinks is linked to numerous health problems including diabetes, heart disease, asthma, COPD and obesity. 

Better way, you should replace it with some plain water or buttermilk.

7. French fries

Frying up your food is sure tasty, but bad fat or saturated fat is what turns a potato into a time bomb for cancer, heart disease and diabetes.

Replace it with almond butter on celery sticks.

8. Cheese cake

Cheesecake is not good for you if eaten instead of any other food, of course, or if it pushes your daily quantity of food to an unhealthy amount.

Avoid it, and try some yummy Dry fruit Pudding

9. churros


These Sweet contain wheat (gluten), sugar, salt, and high-fructose corn syrup. Excess Consumption create serious health problem.

You can replace it with Some fruits.

10. Beef burrito

Beef burrito is made of the beef and cheese. They are loaded with Dairy, hormones, antibiotics. Its not healthy choice for hunger

Instead, have a heart veggie burrito with some rice and beans (hold the cheese) if you are hungry.

Well nothing is bad unless you have them in excessive amount, They don’t provide good amount doses of important nutrients. So the serving of above food items on daily basis can be unhealthy for you. But eating them on  occasional basis won’t be much harmful to you.
